ECF is made from a proprietary process that merges FSC* certified cork with cross-linked polyethylene foam to create a product that is thicker and stronger than the competition. ECF is easy to cut and is extremely tear and rip resistant during installation.
In addition to being made of superior materials, ECF is the only underlayment designed with a 6 mil built-in vapor and pre-taped seam. This means that installation is a cinch.
